Möchte ich bei der Schreibtisch-/PC-Arbeit nicht mehr missen
Wegen einer akuten Epicondylitis humeri ulnaris (Golferarm) erhielt ich von unserem Betriebsarzt eine Armauflage zum Ausprobieren. Nachdem ich diese wieder abgeben musste, vermisste ich dieses angenehme Ergänzungsteil sehr. In Absprache mit dem Betriebsarzt und aufgrund erneuter Armbeschwerden konnte ich für meinen Arbeitsplatz diese Armauflage bestellen (Zuhause habe ich auch eine). Sie ist außerordentlich angenehm (sogar besser als das vorherige Anschauungsexemplar). Empfehlenswert, auch bevor es Beschwerden an den Armen gibt.

Ich habe sie für meinen Sohn gekauft - sein Arbeitsplatz (zu Hause) wurde zum Studienbeginn ergonomisch eingerichtet. Die Armauflage ist an dem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch befestigt - so ist die korrekte Haltung im Sitzen und Stehen gewährleistet. Mein Sohn liebt diese Auflage! Wir können sie nur empfehlen!

Seitdem ich eine Armauflage verwende, habe ich deutlich weniger Rücken.- und Nackenprobleme. Das ist die zweite Armauflage, die ich benutze. Diese bietet im Vergleich zum Vorgänger zwei wesentliche Vorteile: hautsympathischer Bezug und Wechselmöglichkeit per Reißverschluss, also Austauschbarkeit und Waschbarkeit des Bezugs.

Sehr hilfreich
Eine sehr angenehme Entlastung bei Epicondylitis (Tennis- bzw. Golferarm). Ersetzt natürlich nicht die Therapien, könnte jedoch vorsorglich eingesetzt diese schmerzhafte Erkrankung ggf. verhindern bei überwiegender Bildschirmarbeit.
