In office jobs, we are sitting more and more, for longer and longer periods. And when working on the PC, often for several hours at a stretch with high concentration. It's very easy to tense up, forgetting the important posture changes - not to mention getting up. This is where a modern 3D office swivel chair like the Haider BIOSWING 450 iQ is the perfect solution.

Its 3D seat mechanism provides the necessary movement even while sitting. With every action, every movement of the upper body, the spine and intervertebral discs are in motion. The BIOSWING 450 iQ impresses with its timeless design and standard features such as lumbar support and sliding seat. For workplaces where reclining work is more common, the neck support is especially recommended.

The Haider BIOSWING 450 iQ differs from the Haider BIOSWING 460 iQ in the height of the backrest. The 450 iQ has a height of 50 cm, while the 460 iQ has a height of 60 cm.

    - Due to the two different pivot points of the pad, the armrest can be brought to almost any desired position. The rotation capability at the rear pivot point allows the armrest to be swiveled 180 degrees backward by pressing the release button, enabling perfect arm support even when working with a tablet or smartphone. Due to the relative ease of movement, the armrest quickly follows other positions, but it is less suitable if you mainly want to use it to support yourself when standing up.

  - With the seat tilt adjustment, the front edge of the seat can be lowered forward from +4° to -6° continuously. The gas spring allows the seat tilt to be locked in any position or released, so that when pressure is applied to the front area of the seat, it moves with it. The pivot point for this tilt adjustment is located in the rear third of the seat.

- Hard floor casters
  - Hard floor casters are special casters for office chairs designed for hard, smooth floors such as parquet, laminate, or tiles. Der Stuhl ist der Hammer - Rückenschmerzen im Sitzen wie weggeblasen!
Ich habe schon länger den Haider Bioswing Drehstuhl im Einsatz und bin immer noch total begeistert. Durch die 4 Federn bewegt sich die Sitzfläche unmerklich, aber ständig. Man bekommt es gar nicht richtig mit, dennoch ist man ständig in einer Bewegung. Dies hilft vor allem im Lendenwirbelbereich gegen Rückenschmerzen. Die Sitzfläche kann mein bei Bedarf auch fest fixieren und dann wieder mit einem Hebel auf bewegen umschalten. Auch die anderen Einstellmöglichkeiten von Rückenlehne, Armlehnen, Rückenstütze sind praktisch. So kann sich jeder den Stuhl auf seinen Wunsch einstellen. Ich würde den Stuhl (obwohl schon recht hoch im Preis) jederzeit wieder kaufen. Vor allem da meine Kreuzschmerzen so gut wie weg sind, seitdem ich den Drehstuhl im Einsatz habe. Das Ding hat 5 Sterne verdient!

Höchste Ergonomie, volle Kontrolle
Ein Stuhl, der keine Wünsche offen lässt, besonders mit der Nackenstütze für Entspannungsphasen. Die Verstellmechanismen sind intuitiv und sehr präzise. Ich bin begeistert von der durchdachten Ergonomie.

Maximale Entlastung dank Nackenstütze.
Die Nackenstütze bietet mir bei diesem Modell den maximalen Komfort. Das dynamische Sitzen ist beeindruckend. Mein Rücken fühlt sich viel entspannter an. Ein Investment in meine langfristige Gesundheit.

Bester Stuhl mit Nackenunterstützung.
Ich verbringe sehr lange Zeit am Schreibtisch, und die Kopfstütze ist ein Segen. Der Stuhl ist langlebig und das BIOSWING-System ist die beste Gesundheitsvorsorge.

Die Kombination aus der aktiven Sitzfläche und der stützenden Nackenlehne ist unschlagbar. Entlastet meinen ganzen Oberkörper optimal. Die beste Investition in meinen Arbeitsplatz.

Die Kombination aus dynamischem Sitzen und der unterstützenden Nackenstütze ist perfekt für mich. Ich habe weniger Verspannungen im Schulter-Nacken-Bereich. Ein ergonomischer Traum.
